We Are A Grass Roots Non-Profit That Provides Hand-To-Hand Outreach Through Several Methods.

We are bringing Cohesion And Bridging The Gaps In Communities One Block At A Time.
You can get involved in many ways: outreach, compassion bag prep, initiative support, event help, work at our hub or pick-up donations. We provide compassion bags, serve as harm reduction kits containing snacks, t-shirts, socks, hygiene supplies, and other resources to provide HOPE for another day.

The Ruth Street Garden is The Philly Unknown Initiative that will provide a place for people in the community to connect through the garden, the mural project and the community-based learning program. We are proud to connect with many people to create this safe space, and welcome volunteers for all aspects of #wegrowphilly!
